Examples of Frames

The following sites are all examples of site designs that utilize frames such that the content of the site can scroll and move, but the navigation never changes position and is always in the same place - at the top, on the left, on the bottom, etc. While this may be desirable, there are some issues with frames that should be discussed and considered before selecting this type of design.
